Yesterday afternoon saw Year Five's special spring concert. Because there are SO MANY talented musicians in Year Five, they had to have their own concert and it was AMAZING! A massive thank you to Mr Simon for organising :-) Here's a slideshow of the photos I managed to take...

Today was Year Five's cross country race - a huge well done to everyone for completing the course in the heat, but an extra large 'well done' to our winners!
Boys: 1st - Peter; 2nd - Tony; 3rd - Mighty Girls: 1st - Risa; 2nd - Alice; 3rd - June The letters we wrote to Mr Kenyon's old school in Shrewsbury, England have FINALLY arrived! They're going to be working on their replies, so hopefully we'll get some letters back after the Songkran break :-)
It's International Arts Week at the moment in Charter and in Year Five we're creating works of art inspired by North American artists. Our first task has been to create our own Haida Native American art - we've been trying to paint as carefully as we can, so hopefully the results will be great!
Alice has again amazed us with her memory - this time she's memorised Pi to 100 digits - astonishing!!!
