This week we've begun our new Space Explorers topic. The entry point was to design and then build a rocket from simple materials that could deliver emergency supplies to the International Space Station - it was harder than it looked! Here are some photos from the activity...
We also watched this fantastic live video feed from the International Space Station - we were lucky enough to see an astronaut on a space walk (well, we saw their hand...). Leave a comment if you see anything!
Well done to the first children who've sent in their extreme reading photos! We're looking forward to getting some more (remember, the deadline is the end of September). Can you make yours more unusual than these?
Last week, classes 5K and 5P spent time in topic lessons researching the brain. They then created Google Presentations, which they then got to share with the class! Below are some photos from our presentation afternoon, followed by the presentations themselves!
