Today's topic lesson was all about the stars and the constellations they form. We learnt about some of the most famous constellations and then got to make them using tooth picks and plasticine!
I'll give TWO STARS to whoever leaves a comment that explains what stars are and also what constellations are - make sure you explain it really clearly! This video might help...

A star is a giant ball of gas the star is reacting to the nuclear reaction ( Inside ) this is how the star is lit up the star would be still lit up until it burns out like a candle this might cause a supernova a supernova is kind of a explosion it doesn't cause on every star if the star has it's own strength it can cause a supernova only if it's big enough. A constellation is a group of stars which can make patterns. This can make different pictures like hunters, scorpions, swans etc. so when you see up above you at the night sky in different places you will see different stars!
